Srinagar, Oct 09: The Urs Mubarak of revered Kashmiri Sufi saint Sheikh Noor-ud-Din Noorani (RA), also known as Alamdar-e-Kashmir, is being observed across the Kashmir division with religious fervour and devotion.
The largest congregation is being held at the Astaan-e-Aaliya of Sheikh Noor-ud-Din Noorani (RA) in Charar-i-Sharief area of Budgam district, where devotees have gathered to participate in religious programmes, including Durood-o-Azkar and Naat recitations.
On the occasion, Islamic scholars (Ulama-e-Deen) are highlighting the spiritual legacy, religious teachings and significant role of Sheikh Noor-ud-Din Noorani (RA) in shaping Kashmir's Sufi traditions.
