Anne-Marie MacKay, veteran writer-producer and co-founder of Propaganda Films, has signed with Established Artists for management. MacKay, also a founding member of Palomar Pictures, Riddle Studios, and Wondros, is credited with helping launch the directing careers of David Fincher, Michael Bay, Antoine Fuqua, Gore Verbinski, Michel Gondry, Sofia Coppola, and Mark Romanek.
Veteran writer-producer Anne-Marie MacKay, co-founder of the influential production company Propaganda Films, has signed with Established Artists for management, the company announced exclusively to Deadline. The deal was revealed on Tuesday, though financial terms were not disclosed.
MacKay is a founding member of several prominent production outfits, including Palomar Pictures, Riddle Studios, and Wondros. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in launching the directing careers of A-list filmmakers such as David Fincher, Michael Bay, Antoine Fuqua, Gore Verbinski, Michel Gondry, Sofia Coppola, and Mark Romanek. Propaganda Films, which she co-founded in the late 1980s, became a powerhouse in music videos and commercials before expanding into feature films.
The signing with Established Artists signals a continued focus on high-level talent representation in the entertainment industry.
