NCC Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC-116) Concludes in Lunglei, Mizoram
The 10-day Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC-116), organized by the 2 Mizo Battalion NCC under the NCC Group Headquarters, Aizawl, successfully concluded on Friday at the 2nd MAP Complex, Luangmual, Lunglei.
11th October, Lunglei: Conducted from September 30 to October 9, 2026, the camp brought together NCC cadets from educational institutions across Central and South Mizoram. The training curriculum featured a blend of military discipline, drill, weapon training, firing, map reading, sports, and guest lectures by Armed Forces and civil authorities.
The camp wrapped up with a vibrant cultural program and an awards presentation honoring outstanding cadets. Organizers highlighted that CATC-116 succeeded in fostering character, leadership, camaraderie, and national integration among the participating youth, reinforcing the NCC motto of "Unity and Discipline."
