DoNER Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia to Visit Mizoram for Bankers Conclave and Cosmos Festival
Union Minister for Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER), Jyotiraditya Scindia, is scheduled to attend the Northeast Bankers Conclave 3.0 at the Mizoram University (MZU) Auditorium in Aizawl on Tuesday, October 13.
9th October, Aizawl: Mizoram Chief Minister Lalduhoma and Union Minister of State for DoNER, Dr. Sukanta Majumdar, will also be present at the event.Following the program at MZU, Scindia will travel to Champhai district. He will visit the Zokhawthar border to hold discussions with local community leaders and Assam Rifles personnel.
The Minister will then inaugurate the ‘Creation of Passion Fruit Processing Unit,’ funded by the North Eastern Council (NEC), at IIDC, Zote, where he will also interact with local passion fruit farmers. To conclude his tour, Scindia will attend the Cosmos Festival (Hnahsin Kut) at Mualnuam and participate in a cultural evening.
