In a small village in India, two brothers have turned their family farmland into a free coaching center for rural youths aspiring to government service. The initiative, which began with just a handful of students, now supports dozens of young people preparing for competitive exams.

The brothers, whose names have not been disclosed, recognized the lack of affordable coaching facilities in rural areas and decided to use their land to bridge the gap. They provide study materials, tutoring, and mentorship at no cost, relying on donations and their own savings. Since its inception, several students have successfully cleared exams for government jobs, including positions in the police and administrative services.

The project highlights the potential of community-driven efforts to address educational inequality. It has inspired similar initiatives in nearby villages and drawn praise from local officials. The brothers plan to expand the center and hope to secure government support to reach more students.
