Pilot Arrested After Fellow Pilot Stabbed on Flydubai Flight to Israel

A pilot has been arrested and is being questioned after another pilot was stabbed on a Flydubai flight bound for Israel, officials said. The incident occurred mid-flight, according to initial reports, though the exact timing and location of the stabbing have not been disclosed. The condition of the injured pilot is currently unknown.

The flight was en route to Israel when the altercation took place. Flydubai, a Dubai-based airline, has not yet issued a public statement. Israeli authorities are expected to investigate the incident, which raises serious questions about in-flight security and crew safety. The nationality of the pilots and the flight number have not been released.

The stabbing marks a rare case of violence among flight crew and is likely to prompt a review of aviation security protocols. Global reactions are pending as officials from both the UAE and Israel coordinate on the investigation. Further details are expected as the inquiry progresses.
