Wick Communications Acquires Sedona Red Rock News and The Journal, Ending 60-Year Larson Family Ownership

Wick Communications, the Sierra Vista-based parent company of Herald/Review Media, has announced plans to acquire the Sedona Red Rock News and The Journal from Larson Newspapers. The deal ends more than 60 years of Larson family ownership of the two Verde Valley publications. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Wick Communications, the Sierra Vista-based parent company of Herald/Review Media, announced plans on [date] to acquire the Sedona Red Rock News and The Journal from Larson Newspapers, ending more than 60 years of Larson family ownership.
