Rain is easing in Thailand’s capital, but flooding continues in several low-lying areas. Thousands of people have been forced into temporary shelters after the government declared Bangkok a disaster zone on Saturday. At least eight people have died over the past 10 days as heavy rains caused widespread disruption. Juliette Brown reports.
