New Delhi, October 5: The impressive performance by the Indian athletes continues on Day 3 of the Asia Pacific Deaf Multi-Sport Championship in Penang, Malaysia.
In the table tennis events, the Indian women’s team put up a great performance, defeating Macau to win the gold medal.
On the other hand, the men’s team lost to Chinese Taipei in the final and finished with silver. In the mixed doubles, the two Indian teams lost to Chinese Taipei and got bronze apiece.
With these results, India’s medal tally now stands at three gold, two silver and three bronze medals.
The focus now shifts to athletics, which will begin tomorrow, with 24 Indian athletes set to compete.
