While the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and Bengaluru reported a surge in transactions, Pune and Chennai faced notable declines. A total of 1,14,320 new residential units were introduced in seven cities, with average property prices climbing 7% annually. The approaching festive season is expected to boost the demand for residential properties.
