Fighting rages in northern Ethiopia, raising humanitarian concerns

Fighting in the north of Ethiopia continued to rage over the weekend, as rebels of the Tigray People's Liberation Front moved beyond Tigray. Human Rights Watch warned against a possible humanitarian crisis in an already troubled region.
