Trump believes Iran responsible for flydubai incident

Oct 06, New Delhi: US President Donald Trump said he believes Iran was responsible for the flydubai plane incident.

Asked by reporters whether he believed Iran was involved in the attack, Trump said, “I do. I personally do, yes.” The US President had earlier warned that Iran would be “hit very hard” if it was found to be linked to the mid-air attack on an Israel-bound flight.

Meanwhile, the flydubai co-pilot, who stabbed his captain in a suspected attempt to crash the plane, told UAE interrogators that he had planned the attack before he was hired by the Dubai state-owned airline.
